The primary management system implemented was the Quality one. Based on ISO 9001 requirements, allow us to manage processes and services for quality assurance and clients satisfaction. The Quality Management System (QMS) standardized procedures, defined actions plans and periodic assessments are provided to define and manage continuous improvement opportunities.
Health and Safety aspects on our Management System were included and considered based on ISO 45001 requirements. As Integrated Management System (IMS) was implemented, procedures were merged, training sessions were optimized and indicators are periodically evaluated. The Health and Safety requirements compliance are considered one of our values while planning and operating Treatment Plants on day to day activities.
